Special Seminar on “International Management in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME)” By   Prof. Dr. Gerhard M. Feldmeier, Vice Rector, Hochschule Bremerhaven – University of Applied Sciences, Germany during March 21-25,2016.

Course Objective:

Attending students will be enabled to to understand the dimensions and complexity of international Strategic Management Processes and to work out feasible solutions for specific Management problems and decisions of SME.

Teaching Method:

Lectures with background information and work out of brief case studies  in small teams with authentic company situations based on Harvard Business School method of problem based learning.
