นักศึกษาที่มีความประสงค์ในการสมัครเข้าเรียนที่วิทยาลัยนานาชาติผ่านระบบ (1) ระบบกลาง (Admissions) (2) โครงการสมทบพิเศษโดยใช้ผลคะแนน GAT/PAT กรณีที่นักศึกษายังไม่มีผลการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษหรือมีผลการทดสอบไม่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ เช่น (1) TOEFLน้อยกว่า 500/ TOEFL (iBT) น้อยกว่า 62 (2) IELTS น้อยกว่า 5.5 (3) TU-GET น้อยกว่า 500 (4) CU-TEP น้อยกว่า 62 (5) KMUTNB Proficiency Test น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 โดยสามารถสมัครสอบผ่านระบบกลาง (Admissions) และโครงการสมทบพิเศษโดยใช้ผลคะแนน GAT/PAT ได้ตามปรกติ โดยวิทยาลัยนานาชาติจะดำเนินการจัดสอบภาษาอังกฤษ (KMUTNB Proficiency Test) ให้กับนักศึกษาที่ยังไม่มีผลคะแนนหรือมีผลคะแนนไม่ถึงตามเกณฑ์ในช่วงก่อนเปิดภาคการศึกษา โดยถ้าผลการสอบ KMUTNB Proficiency Test มีคะแนนต่ำกว่า 60% จะต้องเรียนในรายวิชา 1) English Study Skills และ 2) Academic Essay Writing ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 โดยไม่มีการเก็บค่าลงทะเบียนเพิ่มเติม
