ASEAN Youth Video Speech Challenge: Ms. Rasita Srivilaived Awarded First Prize
On 29 August 2025, the Regional Knowledge Centre for Marine Plastic Debris of the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), in collaboration with the Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS), broadcast live on Zoom the final round of the ASEAN Youth Short Video Challenge and ASEAN Youth Video Speech Challenge, “Our Future with Plastic.” The winners were announced, with the Top 8 finalists in the Speech Challenge selected from more than 162 candidates representing 10 ASEAN member countries.
Ms. Rasita Srivilaived, a student from the International College, KMUTNB emerged as the winner of the First Prize Award in the ASEAN Youth Video Speech Challenge. Her remarkable performance demonstrated creativity, confidence, and a strong commitment to raising awareness about marine plastic pollution. This outstanding achievement not only reflects her personal dedication but also brings pride to the International College community.
