Turnitin is text matching software, which International College, KMUTNB provide for lecturers to check the submitted assignments, articles and others writing against its database and the content of other websites with the aim of identifying plagiarism.
2019 Special Seminar
On 21 February, 2019 International College has organized Special Seminar for all international college students (year 1-4) at Benjarat Hall, Nawamindra Rajini Building. The seminar has run by Prof. Dr. Gerhard M. Feldmeier, Vice Rector for Research, Transfer and Internationalization, under the topic “Production Strategies of German Car Producing Companies” and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Lukas, Head of the Institute for Management and Economics, Hochschule Bremerhaven – University of Applied Sciences, Germany, described the topic “The Future of work in Global Business”
2019 Scholarship Opportunity in Sweden

2 spots are available for International College of KMUTNB at Jönkoping University in Sweden to attend Summer School course “Purchasing Logistics with a Global Perspective”. Be reminded that the course is taken seriously and progress + result will be reported directly to IC. Successful attendees will receive 10 ETCS credits which can be used as part of resume for future career.
Field Trips 2019: Taiwan and Japan

International Trade and Business Logistics Field Trip (Taiwan-Japan)
On 5th-11th January 2019, 42 undergraduate students with the 4 faculty members of the International College, KMUTNB have been on an International Trade and Business Logistics Field Trip in Taiwan and Japan. They spent whole week on 2 field trips at Mizushima Power Station and Port of Kobe including with 3 extra seminars at Kyoto Sangyo University and Kyoto University. These field trips were meant to the students to get the experiences from the real working place that have a lot of experts in inventory and warehouse management and also sea transportation.
Attending the 2nd Regional Conference on Graduate Research 2018

On 16 December 2018, Sripatum University, Bangkok has organized The Regional Conference on Graduate Research 2018 #2 in the theme “Cutting Edge Era of Business and Beyond”. In this conference, our 15 third year students from International College have registered to join and each of them will make a presentation in 15 minutes. From this conference, the students will get the knowledge of research processes and also the knowledge from the topic that they get through their researches. Furthermore, they are going to be practice their English presentation skill and public speaking.
The 2nd Regional Conference on Graduate Research 2018

Mr. Peter John Van Haren, Director of International Studies Center, International College, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) was invited as the keynote speaker for The 2nd Regional Conference on Graduate Research 2018 in the topic “International Business under Uncertain Global Economy” on 16 December 2018, at Sripatum University, Bangkok, Thailand.
MOU with School of Management University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Austria
On 19th November 2018, Policy and Planning Committee of King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) approved the Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) between International College, KMUTNB, and School of Management, University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Austria. Namely, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pichet Sriyanyong, Dean of International College, KMUTNB and FH-Prof. DI Dr. Heimo Losbichler, Dean of School of Management, School of Management University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Austria who were the representatives of their Universities to sign the MOU which aims to develop the strong working relationships between both institutions as following activities:
Scholarship of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia

Congratulations to Mr. Sovanveasna Phan, senior student from Cambodia who was awarded the scholarship from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia in Community & Technological (CommTECH) Camp Nusatara 2018 (Theme : Exploring & Understanding Indonesian’s Business Opportunity & Business Ethic). This camp will be held on 1-10 December, 2018 which emphasize on exchanging the opportunities of international business and basic business management skill. Furthermore, students will experience the different culture among different people in ASEAN countries and also practice to be a good leadership at the same time.
