Scholarship Announcement

Scholarship is available for IC students for Summer School at Hochschule Bremerhaven.  Duration of Summer School: 1st August 2019 – 15th August 2019  (01/08 arrival day, 15/08 departure day). Scholarship Cover: The scholarship is worth 1,950 EUR and includes tuition fee, accommodation, half board (breakfast & dinner) , company visits, excursions, cultural and sightseeing activities and local transportation in Bremerhaven

On 26th April 2019, 63 undergraduate students were joined Warehouse Management field trip at Aircraft Maintenance Center, Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd., U-Tapao International Airport and Sattahip Seaport, Royal Thai Navy.

Dr. Thomas E. Fernandez, Director Logistics and Consulting of FAIR & EASY Co., Ltd. and Guest Lecturer at the International College, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) was invited as the keynote speaker for The 5th International Conference on Management, Business, and Economics & The 7th International Conference on Tourism, Transport, and Logistics 2019

Turnitin is text matching software, which International College, KMUTNB provide for lecturers to check the submitted assignments, articles and others writing against its database and the content of other websites with the aim of identifying plagiarism.

On 21 February, 2019 International College has organized Special Seminar for all international college students (year 1-4) at Benjarat Hall, Nawamindra Rajini Building. The seminar has run by Prof. Dr. Gerhard M. Feldmeier, Vice Rector for Research, Transfer and Internationalization, under the topic “Production Strategies of German Car Producing Companies” and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Lukas, Head of the Institute for Management and Economics, Hochschule Bremerhaven – University of Applied Sciences, Germany, described the topic “The Future of work in Global Business”

2 spots are available for International College of KMUTNB at Jönkoping University in Sweden to attend Summer School course “Purchasing Logistics with a Global Perspective”. Be reminded that the course is taken seriously and progress + result will be reported directly to IC. Successful attendees will receive 10 ETCS credits which can be used as part of resume for future career.

International Trade and Business Logistics Field Trip (Taiwan-Japan)

On 5th-11th January 2019, 42 undergraduate students with the 4 faculty members of the International College, KMUTNB have been on an International Trade and Business Logistics Field Trip in Taiwan and Japan. They spent whole week on 2 field trips at Mizushima Power Station and Port of Kobe including with 3 extra seminars at Kyoto Sangyo University and Kyoto University. These field trips were meant to the students to get the experiences from the real working place that have a lot of experts in inventory and warehouse management and also sea transportation.
